Cannibalize is a Special Ability used by the Cannibal. When near a corpse, an icon will appear above the body to show that the player can eat the corpse. After 7 bites, the body will burst into giblets and can no longer be eaten.
Normal corpses restore 2 health per bite while Zombie corpses restore only 1 HP per bite. Eating a corpse that has been killed by fire damage will double the amount of HP the corpse provides per bite. It is possible to cook people even after death by doing fire damage to their corpse.
Eating corpses annoys people nearby and causes Annoyed people nearby to become Hostile. Cannibalizing makes no noise.

- Table Manners - Cannibalize doesn't bother nearby people, including law enforcement

Tips and Strategies[ | ]
- Gorillas, Aliens, transformed Werewolves, and Electronic characters such as the Killer Robot and Cop Bots cannot be Cannibalized.
- Since cooking corpses will cause them to restore more HP per bite, it's recommended to get any item that can start fires such as a Flamethrower, Molotov Cocktails or an Oil Container combined with a Cigarette Lighter to cook them. Burning Bullets will allow any projectile weapon to act as a fire source.
- People will sometimes become Annoyed by cannibalism even if they are facing away from it, so be careful.
