Enslave is the Special Ability of the Slavemaster. If a person is electrocuted, then you can put a Slave Helmet on their head, and they effectively become a Slave.
Notes
- Putting a Slave Helmet on requires an Action Bar to load. Combined with the Slavemaster starting with the trait Poor Hand-Eye Coordination, it takes a bit of time.
