Generator       Statistics Object Type: Usable Damage Threshold: 30 Flammable: no Description Creates Explosion when damage threshold is reached. Can be quietly set to explode if tampered with Wrench.

The Generator is a usable object in Streets of Rogue once a certain damage threshold has been reached, unlike other objects, it won't immediately be destroyed, but flash for 5 seconds before exploding. If you hit enough before the 5 seconds is up, it will explode early.

Notes and Interactions

• You can make a generator explode without attacking it by using a Wrench. Since you don't have to punch it, it makes less noise
  • The Wrench will lose 30 durability doing this.
  • If you don't have a wrench, you character will say, "I have nothing to tamper this with!"
• It is entirely possibly, given your character is strong enough, to blow up a generator with a single melee hit, without any warning beforehand.

Trivia

• Despite seeming to be generating power for the facility it's in, when destroyed it doesn't switch of other powered objects such as security cameras.
