Laptop is a Special Ability in Streets of Rogue used by the Hacker. It functions like a Hacking Tool with unlimited uses. But unlike using a Hacking Tool, Laptop hacking has a 50% chance to cause an alarm which alerts property owners. Alerted owners will briefly patrol the outside of the building and will become Hostile if they discover you.
