Penetrating Bullets is a trait in Streets of Rogue. With it, all your Bullets (Projectiles) pierce through NPCs and most objects. There is no limit to the number of things a single bullet can pierce.

Notes

• This trait seems to override Bullet Breaker. Your bullets will pierce other bullets but not destroy them.
• Bullets wont go trough Elevators, Safes, Steel Doors, Boulders, Fireplaces, Police Boxes and the Podium but instead disapear as normal.

Tips and Strategies

• A good tactic to use with this trait is to lure several Hostile NPCs into a narrow alley and attack with a Machinegun or a Pistol.
• You can also do the same with a Tranquilizer Gun, getting 3 to 5 Knockouts with one dart.
• You can shoot through doors. Use this to your advantage; knock on the door, wait until the enemy is in a good position to be shot, and then... Shoot. The door will break eventuallly, though.
• You can rob a Shop in the same way. Shoot through the door if there is one and target the Generator to blow the wall up and get the loot. Don't let the Shopkeeper see you, however.
• Bullets that dont do damage (Darts, Electric BulletsZombie Phlegms, etc) are really useful with this trait since doors and shelfs can be used as cover letting you hit NPCs without them noticing it.

Trivia

• The trait used to give bullets the ability to go trough any object but this was later nerfed so bullets can only penetrate destructible objects.
