How to Unlock:
Starting Mutator

No Patrolling Cops is a mutator in Streets of Rogue that removes Cops and other law enforcement characters spawning in streets. However some Cops still appear in some cases such as:

Appearing and guarding ATMs.
Appearing and guarding Power Boxes
Appearing inside Police station buildings.
Supercops spawning from Police Boxes.
Supercops appearing in Police outposts in Uptown.

This mutator also removes Cop bots patrolling around Uptown.
