Wrestler

The Undefeated Champ is the Big Quest for the Wrestler (and can also be chosen for Custom Characters).

In this quest, you must locate a non-Hostile NPC of a specific randomly-selected type, challenge them to a fight, and win without cheating on each floor throughout your run. If all the NPCs of that class die before you complete your task for the floor, the quest objective will change to a different class.

Super Special Ability[ | ]

While playing as the Wrestler after completing The Undefeated Champ, with Super Special Abilities (Mutator) enabled:

  • Greater damage from thrown objects, anyone can be challenged to a fight.

Tips and Strategies[ | ]

  • This is one of the most difficult quests to complete. Constant fighting is going to drain your health a lot and Disaster Levels become a nightmare when trying to coordinate a fight with someone. Certain NPCs such as Thieves and Vampires can be unruly and disruptive when trying to challenge them too.
  • After challenging an NPC to a fight, move around the level until they begin the fighting. Usually moving around an open area will work. If the NPC will not start fighting, take them to the entrance/exit elevator, talk to them and challenge them to a fight again, move around the general elevator area and they will begin fighting you.
  • All NPCs, regardless of class, will have their maximum Health set to 100 and be fully healed when they begin their fight against you.
  • Try to challenge NPCs that are using a ranged weapon instead of a melee weapon. NPCs will unequip their ranged weapon when challenged but NPCs with melee weapons will keep them and use them against you.
  • If an NPC says "No Fair" while fighting them it means you cheated and their death will not complete the quest objective for the floor. You will need to find another NPC and try again.
  • If there are no applicable foes left on the floor your Big Quest is failed, with red text displaying "Floor: Out of options!"
  • "Cheating" is not defined very well by the game. The following actions are NOT cheating:
    • Using a melee weapon.
    • Healing.
    • Using positive status effect items.
    • Tossing all objects, except for the Exploding Barrel.
    • Inflicting any status effect on the player or opponent.
    • Using environmental hazards, such as Holes or Trains.
    • An attack from another NPC (excluding an ally).
  • The following is considered cheating.
